In 2025, the Town of Bolivar will celebrate its 200th anniversary with eight days of fun and festivities!
This event will take place in conjunction with the annual Pioneer Oil Days celebration which is always
held the last week of June.
Bolivar’s bicentennial starts off with two events this fall - a chili cookoff on September 21 and a dance
featuring the band Zoar on October 19, both taking place at the Bulldog Bar and Grill in Bolivar. Other
events are sure to be added before the Bicentennial really kicks into high gear in June 2025.
